Cancellation by the Fabborn
Please Note that if any order is cancelled by Fabborn due to limitations of product, inaccuracies or errors in product and pricing or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Your amount will be reversed back in your account.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please call us on +91 9024753906 or write to us at email@example.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
We appreciate, if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.
Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders has to be done strictly within 24hrs of an order being placed. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at +91 9024753906 with your order number.
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Fabborn and accept Fabborn's decision regarding the cancellation.
We will refund the money in the same mode as the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund in your Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund the money in the account of buyer, on the name by which you have ordered the product. User would need to send bank account details and then we will initiate transfer within next 3-5 working days. Refund amount in bank processing charge will be 5%.
Typically refunds take 3-5 Business days to get reflected in Bank Account. In some cases, credit card issuing banks may take longer to reflect the credit posted on the card.
